What is Peppy Lids providing the customer?

Peppy Lids is offering the customer personalised foil container lids with the choice of designing it themselves or by our professional design team (additional charge). These features are provided by either our bespoke personalisation tool found on our homepage, or through purchase on the website. In addition to this, Peppy Lids offer the use of our inhouse templates to use as inspiration. Delivery is provided by us at a discounted rate using the UK’s leading delivery service, Royal Mail. Nationally we use the 48 Hour service and Internationally you will have access to the Royal Mail Priority International Mail service.

What happens when I place my order?

Once you’ve placed your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. This is us saying we’ve received your design(s) and are about to start work on them. Once received, it will take 1-3 working days to create your order. Once they have been packaged and boxed, our friends at Royal Mail will pick them up and deliver them to you! At this point, you will receive another email detailing that they have been ‘shipped’. If you’re in the UK, you should receive them within 48 hours (two working days).

Delivery Information

All delivery to the UK mainland is done by 48 hour Royal Mail delivery. This means that once sent by us, the items should arrive to you within 48 hours. If you are purchasing outside the UK Mainland, then your plates will be send by Royal Mail Priority International Mail and should arrive between 5-7 working days after being sent. It takes us between 1 – 3 days to create your products. Signature required on delivery.

Currently no, though your order will need signing for on delivery.


How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, you’ll need to ring us on the number found on the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of the main page or email us at the address shown there as well. Please include your order number and be ready to answer some security questions related to your account. If you’re in time and we have not created your order, then we will happily refund you the total amount. However, if your order has been made, we’re afraid we cannot cancel your order.


What if I’m not happy with my order?

First of all, we’d like to apologise to you. Sorry. We mean it, as a small family run company we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and like to think we know what people are expecting from us. If we haven’t lived up to that then we will try to make it right. So, with this in mind we’d like to solve the issue. If there is an easy fix to the problem, then we’d be happy to reprint your lids and send them back to you once you’ve returned your original order to us. If you’re completely unimpressed with your order and would like a refund then we’ll happily help you with that. All you’ve got to do is return the full quantity of lids to us, unused, and in their box. This applies to both UK and International orders. You have 35 days to return them once you’ve received them, so plenty of time to decide. Once we receive your return, you’ll receive your refund within 5 working days via the method you used to pay. This of course does not affect your statutory rights.
